Gaby Schilders
Consultant & trainer
Gaby has been living in Indonesia since 1999 and speaks good Indonesian. She has worked in different fields in different countries in Europe before moving to Indonesia. In Indonesia, she has worked as a Marketing Consultant, University Lecturer and English Facilitator before setting up Spikap! training and development in 2005. She has since been training many companies and schools.
Malou Hoek
Training developer
Malou is a Bachelor of Education and has studied at the PABO in Eindhoven, Holland. She is specialised in Kindergarten, Elementary and Montessori education. Malou is involved in the development of our Teacher Training Programme.
Alifah Ardiani Marketing executive
Alifah graduated from Malang State University, majoring German Language Education. Before graduating, she studied German for a year at the Volkshochschule (VHS) Ratingen in Germany in 2006/2007. She is in charge of marketing and organisation of all our programmes.
